Versioning promise: the /v1 contract is frozen. We add fields and reason codes; we never rename, remove, or change the meaning of existing ones. Verdict thresholds are policy and may be recalibrated — always announced here, never a version bump. Breaking changes, if ever needed, ship as /v2 with a long overlap.
